As a general observation, to make the next few weeks a success story for your business involves you adopting a strategy of forward planning and communication, applying rules consistently and in accordance with your policies and procedures. Any arrangements or relaxation of rules on a temporary basis (such as shift swapping, moving breaks, flexing lunch hours or start and finish times and permitting usage of work computers to watch games) should be communicated in advance, approved and recorded.
